Ken Frey is originally from Greenwich, Connecticut. Ken began visiting Sanibel with his family in 1972. He fell in love with the islands, like most visitors and relocated permanently in 1989. Ken is an expert in all Real Estate services. He has been a multi million dollar producer since his first year in Real Estate on Sanibel/Captiva being named "Rookie of the Year" in 1992. He has used his knowledge and expertise to form one of the most active Real Estate Groups in Southwest Florida. Ken has dedicated himself to his community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Chamber of Commerce. Previously a Member of the Sanibel Lion's Club, he took part in the organization for the 20th anniversary parade for the City of Sanibel. Ken continues to serve and conserve this community by driving and owning over 10 electric cars. He encourages all the agents within Sellstate SanCap Realty to only show Island property with the electric cars to conserve our Islands.

Jennifer Berry relocated to Southwest Florida from Westland, Michigan. She has worked in the Real Estate Industry since she and her daughter, Amber relocated to Florida in 1996. Jennifer began her Real Estate career by managing the Rental and Customer Service Departments for the largest Rental Company on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Her love for the Islands and their surrounding communities only encourages her to expand her knowledge to offer you everything that you deserve in a Realtor, Broker and more.

She and Ken have been working together since 1998 in different aspects of the Real Estate business. They became a team in 2002. Ken and Jennifer decided to expand in order to offer more to their clients and other Island Associates by opening Sellstate SanCap Realty in 2004.

Denise Tatman, Jennifer's Mother, joined Sellstate SanCap Realty in February 2006. She began visiting her daughter and grand daughter on Sanibel in 1997, where she was introduced to our lovely islands. Denise decided to end her 15 year career in Automotive Design to relocate permanently to Sanibel Island. Denise continues to hold a Michigan Real Estate license and has since 2003. She is a frequent volunteer at the Sanibel Captiva Island Conservation Foundation.
